Tourism businesses across Tenerife will have the opportunity to discover how artificial intelligence (AI) can improve day-to-day operations through two free online webinars organised by the CIDE Network of Turismo de Tenerife.
The sessions will be led by José López, founder of Zaguán Estudio and a specialist in helping businesses integrate AI into their operations through practical, real-world applications.
AI for nature tourism businesses
The first webinar will take place on 9th July from 5:30pm to 7:30pm and is aimed at businesses operating in the nature tourism sector.
Whale watching companies, tour guides, wineries, visitor farms, cheese producers and other tourism businesses will learn how AI can help improve customer service, reservation management, content creation and internal organisation.
AI for restaurants and hospitality
A second webinar will be held on 13th July from 10:00am to 12:00pm, focusing on restaurants, cafés, catering companies and other hospitality businesses.
Participants will discover practical ways to use AI to streamline bookings, improve customer communication, strengthen digital marketing, manage online reputation and optimise everyday business processes.
Free online registration
Both webinars are free to attend, will be held online, last approximately two hours, and have open capacity, allowing anyone interested to register.
The initiative forms part of Turismo de Tenerife’s ongoing efforts to help local businesses embrace new technologies and improve their competitiveness through digital innovation.
