Ever had an argument with your own mind? Joaquín Caserza has, and he’s turning the whole experience into a comedy show.
Conversaciones con mi mente comes to Teatro Leal in La Laguna on Sunday 8 November as part of Reíslas 2026.
It’s a comedy show about mental health, although there’s a serious point behind the laughs. Caserza takes the audience inside his head, introducing conversations with his mind, anxiety, fear, his body and a collection of other characters who come to life on stage.
The result is an entertaining look at the things that go on inside our heads, with plenty of humour and a few thoughts to take home afterwards.
It’s not simply about having a laugh at mental health. The show also encourages the audience to think about their own relationship with their minds. Something most of us could probably do with from time to time.

Box office opening hours are Monday to Saturday, 11am to 1pm and 6pm to 8pm. On Sundays, it opens two hours before the performance.
