New Specialty Coffee Spot in Tenerife Roasts Every Bean On Site

Coffee lovers looking for something beyond the usual café experience have a new place to discover in southern Tenerife. NABI Coffee Roaster, located at Street Market La Tejita, is attracting attention for its freshly roasted specialty coffee, homemade cakes and artisan focaccias.

Unlike many cafés, NABI roasts its own coffee beans on-site, giving customers the chance to enjoy coffee prepared from beans roasted just before serving.

Freshly roasted specialty coffee

The coffee arrives at the café as green beans before being roasted in-house, allowing the team to control the process and bring out the unique flavours and aromas of each origin.

Visitors can also purchase freshly roasted whole beans to enjoy at home, choosing from a selection of specialty coffees.

Food content creator @elsiciliano_tenerife, who recently visited the café, praised both the quality of the coffee and the attention to detail.

“If you love real coffee, this is the place to enjoy specialty coffee prepared by people who are genuinely passionate about it,” he said.

He also highlighted the small touch of serving every coffee with a complimentary glass of water.

Homemade cakes and artisan focaccias

Coffee isn’t the only reason people are visiting.

NABI prepares all of its desserts in-house, including treats such as orange and turmeric cake, apple and raisin crumble, and a carrot cupcake with cream cheese frosting, which the content creator described as “one of the best I’ve had in a long time.”

For those looking for something savoury, the café also serves freshly made artisan focaccias with a variety of fillings, allowing customers to create their own combinations from the menu.

Where to find it

NABI Coffee Roaster is located at Street Market La Tejita, on Avenida Los Abrigos, in southern Tenerife.

The café is open Wednesday to Sunday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, and is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

With its focus on freshly roasted specialty coffee, homemade food and artisan baking, NABI is quickly establishing itself as a destination for coffee enthusiasts on the island.
