Granadilla de Abona is preparing for a full evening of local food, wine and Canarian flavours with a new edition of “Field to Table Sensations” this Friday in Los Hinojeros.
The event will once again turn the area into a meeting point for local wineries, restaurants and producers, with plenty of tapas, tastings and family activities running throughout the evening.
Not the worst way to spend a Friday.

The initiative is organised by Granadilla’s Agency for Employment and Local Development together with the Regulatory Council of the DO Abona denomination of origin.

So while some people are discussing wine notes and volcanic soil… others will be covered in face paint eating tapas.

Guided Wine Tasting
At 19:30h, the DO Abona Regulatory Council will host a guided wine tasting featuring wines from the region.
A good opportunity to discover just how strong Tenerife’s wine scene has quietly become over the last few years.

The event forms part of the municipality’s effort to promote:
- Local businesses
- Tenerife wines
- Gastronomy from the south of the island
- Agricultural and artisan products
