A Night of Art, Music and Storytelling at Teatro Leal

The Ateneo de La Laguna is bringing back its Fiesta del Arte with an evening dedicated to art, music and the simple power of a good story.

This year’s event, “Contar para vivir: las 1.001 crónicas de Rosa Mª Calaf”, will combine storytelling with music from pianist Isora Castilla and music from around the world.

It promises to be a rather different sort of evening, bringing together performance, creativity and the spoken word in celebration of culture.

When and where?

The event takes place on 17 September at 20:00 in the Main Hall of Teatro Leal in La Laguna.

And the good news is that entry is free, although places are limited and admission will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

Location: Teatro Leal de La Laguna, Sala Principal
Address: C/ Obispo Rey Redondo, 50

For anyone who needs to collect information or tickets from the theatre box office, opening hours are:

Monday to Saturday: 11:00–13:00 and 18:00–20:00
Sundays: Opens two hours before the performance

A nice excuse to spend an evening in La Laguna and enjoy a bit of culture without having to reach for the wallet.
