And fair enough really.
The island now packs in everything from Latin nights and urban music to techno festivals, salsa weekends and massive outdoor concerts.
To make life easier, here’s the summer festival calendar arranged by date.
Bresh

📍 Parque Marítimo César Manrique, Santa Cruz de Tenerife
The famous Bresh party lands in Tenerife on Canary Islands Day.
They call it “the most beautiful party in the world” and it mixes:

• Cumbia

All happening beside the pools and Atlantic sunset.
Not bad for a Friday.

Tenerife Music Festival
📅 12 and 13 June 2026
📍 Santa Cruz de Tenerife
One of the island’s biggest music weekends returns with a packed line-up.
Friday artists:

Two days where standing still becomes fairly unlikely.

Sting 3.0 Tour

📍 Palmetum Annex, Santa Cruz de Tenerife
Not technically a festival.
Still making the list.
Sting brings his Sting 3.0 World Tour to Tenerife in July.
The former Police frontman and 17-time Grammy winner performs at one of the island’s biggest summer concert venues.
Tenerife Cook Music Fest

📍 Explanada del Muelle, Santa Cruz de Tenerife
One of Tenerife’s most established summer events returns for another year.
Three themed nights:

• Tropical Mood

Sunblast returns as one of the biggest music festivals in the Canary Islands.
Highlights include:

The festival has grown into one of the biggest electronic events in the archipelago.

Isla Baja Salsa Fest
📅 29 August 2026
📍 Los Silos
The north of Tenerife gets moving again with the return of Isla Baja Salsa Fest.
Artists confirmed:
• Haila Mompié

A festival where standing still would actually feel odd.
Phe Festival
📅 4 and 5 September 2026
📍 Puerto de la Cruz
Phe Festival closes the summer season with its usual alternative feel.
This year brings:

Slightly more indie.
Slightly less mainstream.
