Breakfast in Tenerife is usually… predictable.
Toast, coffee, maybe a bocadillo…or going the other way, and English fry-up.
This place went a different way.
The Spot
El Jeito, up in La Esperanza, has started doing breakfasts… and people are already making the trip for it.
Not just because it’s new… but because it’s actually different.
What Makes It Stand Out
It’s all about the bread and what goes in it.
They’re using 100% organic sourdough crystal bread… and building sandwiches that aren’t your usual quick bite.
What’s On the Menu
One of the standouts:
“El Ajeitado”
- Slow-cooked pork
- Smoked goat cheese
- Crispy bacon
- Chimichurri
- Red onion and tomato
Not exactly your standard breakfast.
Another one:
“El Luiso”
- Shredded goat meat
- Caramelised pickles
- Cheddar sauce
And then there’s a twist on the classic loin sandwich… with sobrasada mayo, panko loin and melted gouda.
So yeah… not your typical café setup.
