The Garden of the Impossible: Dúo del Valle Bring Two-Piano Recital to Auditorio de Tenerife 🎹

Classical music lovers have one final piano recital to look forward to this season at Auditorio de Tenerife.

On Tuesday 2 June, acclaimed pianists Víctor and Luis del Valle will take to the stage with The Garden of the Impossible, a programme for two pianos that promises an evening of imagination, colour and musical storytelling.

A Journey Through Fantasy and Sound

The Garden of the Impossible explores the boundary between reality and imagination through works written for piano four hands and two pianos.

The programme features compositions by:

🎼 Francis Poulenc
🎼 György Ligeti
🎼 Darius Milhaud
🎼 Maurice Ravel

Highlights include Poulenc’s playful and elegant Sonata for Piano Four Hands, Ligeti’s inventive and unpredictable piano pieces, Milhaud’s vibrant Scaramouche, and Ravel’s beloved Ma mère l’Oye and La Valse.

Together, the works create a musical landscape filled with fantasy, humour, movement and moments of pure wonder.

Internationally Acclaimed Duo

Víctor and Luis del Valle have built an impressive international reputation since winning the prestigious ARD International Music Competition in Munich in 2005.

Their performances have taken them to major concert halls across Europe, Asia and the Americas, including:
