If you’ve been planning a visit to Teatro Leal this August, you’ll have to wait just a little longer.
The historic theatre in La Laguna is taking its annual summer break throughout the month of August as staff prepare for another season of performances, concerts and cultural events.
A Well-Earned Pause
While the curtain may be coming down for a few weeks, it certainly isn’t the end of the story.
The theatre has thanked audiences for their continued support, recognising everyone who has filled the seats, applauded the performances and helped keep one of Tenerife’s most iconic cultural venues thriving.
The Theatre Stays Connected
Although there won’t be any live performances during August, Teatro Leal won’t be disappearing completely.
Throughout the summer, it will continue sharing stories, fascinating facts and behind-the-scenes glimpses into the history and hidden corners of the building, giving followers the chance to discover more about the landmark while the preparations for the new season continue.
Back in September
The theatre will reopen in September, ready to welcome audiences back with a fresh programme of entertainment and cultural events.
Until then, the team is wishing everyone a relaxing summer and looks forward to seeing familiar faces back through its doors very soon.
