The second edition of Bienvenida al Verano Santa Cruz 2026 has already proven to be one of the most anticipated events of the year, with all tickets for the exclusive dining area selling out within minutes of going on sale.
According to Santa Cruz Mayor José Manuel Bermúdez, the response from the public exceeded expectations once again, confirming the growing popularity of the event.
Dining Tickets Gone in Two Minutes
The 500 places available for the white-themed dinner area sold out almost immediately after ticket sales opened.
Although some tickets briefly returned to sale due to incomplete purchases, the final places were snapped up just 13 minutes after release.
The dining area will feature carefully decorated tables for groups of:

✔ 10 people
Guests can either bring their own food or purchase dishes from participating businesses associated with Degusta Santa Cruz.

Doors will open at 7:00pm.
A strict dress code applies, with all attendees required to wear white to gain entry.
Free Concert Zone for 4,500 People
While the dining area has sold out, residents and visitors can still attend the event through the concert zone.

Visitors attending the dinner area will also have direct access to the concert zone.
Food and drink will not be permitted inside the concert area, although drinks will be available from on-site bars.
Live Music Line-Up
The evening’s entertainment will feature a mix of Latin music and popular dance rhythms.

The programme will begin at 8:00pm and continue throughout the evening.
A City-Wide Summer Celebration
The event is designed to go beyond the port itself, with Santa Cruz using the occasion to support local businesses, restaurants and entertainment venues through the “Ruta Experiencial Bienvenida al Verano 2026” initiative.
The project aims to encourage visitors to explore the city before and after the event, creating economic activity across the hospitality, retail and leisure sectors.
As an added bonus, the CitySightseeing Santa Cruz tourist bus will be free for Tenerife residents from 15 to 21 June 2026, operating between 9:30am and 6:15pm.
With dining tickets disappearing in record time and thousands expected to attend the free concert area, Bienvenida al Verano is quickly becoming one of Santa Cruz’s signature annual events.
