It’ll be used across the city’s eight municipal offices.
Why They’re Doing It
The numbers tell the story.
More people are already dealing with paperwork online than in person… and that shift is only getting bigger.
So instead of forcing everyone into the same system, they’re adapting to it.
Less queues… more control.

This isn’t just one tool.
They’ve been building this out for a while:
- Online admin portal
- Self-service kiosks
- Phone support (010)
- Even a chatbot and WhatsApp services
Bit by bit, everything’s moving digital.
What It Means in Reality
If it works properly… it should make things smoother.
Less waiting, less frustration… and fewer wasted mornings sitting in a queue.
Of course… that depends on how well it’s actually used.

It’s not groundbreaking.
But if you can book your slot and walk straight in… that’s already an improvement.
