If you remember the 80s, you’ll probably have an opinion about the music. And on Friday 18 September, El Médano is going back there for a night of proper retro entertainment.
The Fiesta de los 80 de El Médano 2026 will take over Plaza de El Médano, with a line-up aimed squarely at anyone who fancies singing along to the songs that defined a generation.
There’ll be no shortage of big hair, questionable fashion choices and dance moves that probably should have stayed in the 80s. Which is precisely the point.
Music all night
The entertainment will feature DJ Puretas Party, Los Vándalos, Ni Un Pelo de Tonto and Grupo Puretas Party.
Expect a mixture of live music and DJs, with plenty of familiar tracks to keep the crowd moving.
It’s the sort of night where knowing the words is optional, but pretending you don’t know them probably isn’t going to work.
