13 September: Summer Pop Tenerife offers young fans 20% off tickets

If you’re young, like live music and were already thinking about going to Summer Pop Tenerife, there’s now another reason to get your ticket.

The festival, taking place on 13 September at the Recinto Ferial de Tenerife, has joined the Youth Cultural Voucher initiative and is offering 20% off tickets for Carné Joven Canarias holders.

There’s also the option to pay in instalments through Klarna, which could make the ticket a little easier to swallow.

A big day of music in Santa Cruz

Summer Pop Tenerife brings together a mix of established artists, urban acts and names from the Canary Islands.

The line-up includes:

  • La Pantera
  • Lucho RK
  • Álvaro de Luna
  • Danny Romero

The event will be presented by Tony Aguilar, the well-known LOS40 presenter.

With pop and urban music at the centre of the programme, the festival is aiming squarely at a younger audience.

Making tickets a little more affordable

Festival producer Enrique Camacho said the aim is to make it easier for young people to attend.

The combination of the Youth Cultural Voucher, the 20% Carné Joven Canarias discount and instalment payments gives festival-goers several ways to reduce the immediate cost of going.

And let’s be honest, anything that makes a festival ticket slightly less painful is probably worth mentioning.

Summer Pop Tenerife is being promoted as the largest pop and urban music event in the Canary Islands, with organisers hoping to bring young people together for a full day of music and entertainment.

Where to get tickets

Tickets are available through the official ticketing platforms:

Tomaticket: tomaticket.es
Entradas.com: entradas.com
Tickety: tickety.es

Summer Pop Tenerife is produced by Noctámbula Arts & Music, with support from the Santa Cruz de Tenerife City Council, the Government of the Canary Islands and commercial partners including Heineken and Coca-Cola.

So, if you’ve got a Carné Joven Canarias card sitting in your wallet, this might be a good time to actually use it.
