A new ice cream parlour called Pistacho’s is celebrating its opening by giving away 1,000 free scoops of ice cream to the first customers through the door.
The giveaway starts when the shop opens and will continue until all 1,000 portions have been claimed.

Located on the Paseo de Nuestra Señora de Las Mercedes de Roja, right on El Médano’s seafront, Pistacho’s specialises in artisan ice cream with pistachio taking centre stage.

The menu also caters for customers following a plant-based diet or those who are lactose intolerant.
Instead of dairy, the vegan ice creams are made using soya milk, allowing more people to enjoy the artisan recipes.
