40th Tacoronte Craft Fair | Applications Now Open for 27th September Event

If you’re a local craft maker looking to showcase your work, now’s the time to get your application in.

The Town Hall of Tacoronte has officially opened registrations for the 40th Tacoronte Craft Fair, which will take place on Sunday 27th September as part of the town’s Fiestas in honour of the Santísimo Cristo de los Dolores.

It’s one of the longest-running craft fairs in the north of Tenerife and reaches a significant milestone this year as it celebrates its 40th anniversary.

Applications are now being accepted

Anyone wishing to exhibit at the fair has until 15th August to submit their application.

Applications can be made in person at the Tacoronte Town Hall Registry Office or online through the council’s electronic headquarters.

Applicants will need to provide their personal details, a copy of their ID, information about their craft, a brief description of the items they plan to exhibit and any specific requirements for setting up their stand.

A long-standing tradition

The Craft Fair is one of the highlights of Tacoronte’s annual fiestas and transforms the area around the Town Hall into a showcase of traditional craftsmanship.

Visitors can usually expect to find a wide variety of handmade products created by local artisans, making it a great opportunity to discover authentic Canarian crafts while supporting small businesses.

Whether you’re exhibiting or simply planning to visit, it’s always one of those events that adds a little extra atmosphere to the town’s biggest celebrations.

For anyone interested in taking part, it’s probably worth getting the paperwork sorted sooner rather than later before the application deadline arrives.
