Adeje launches two new bus routes on 17 August to improve connections across the municipality

The new TITSA services will connect Adeje town centre with La Caleta and several communities in the municipality’s midlands

Adeje is expanding its public transport network with the launch of two new urban bus routes on Monday 17 August, aimed at improving connections between the town centre, the coast and communities in the higher parts of the municipality.

The new services, operated by TITSA, respond to a long-standing demand from residents and will provide additional public transport options for people travelling around Adeje.

📅 Date: Monday, 17 August 2026

📍 Area: Adeje, South Tenerife

The two new routes are:

  • Line 448: Adeje town centre to La Caleta
  • Line 449: Taucho, Tijoco Alto, La Concepción, La Hoya, Tijoco Bajo and Los Menores to Adeje town centre

The new services are expected to make everyday journeys easier, particularly for workers, older residents and people without access to a private vehicle.

The expansion also provides a more direct link between some of Adeje’s inland communities and the main urban and coastal areas, giving residents another option for getting around without relying on the car.
