El Puertito de Güímar will host a full day of music, food and summer entertainment on Saturday, 22 August, with the arrival of the Güímar Summer Fest-Boncho Tour 2026.
The event will take place at the Plaza del Radioaficionado, formerly known as Plaza de Las Indias, with free entry and more than 10 hours of programming alongside the sea.
📅 Date: Saturday, 22 August 2026
📍 Area: El Puertito de Güímar, Güímar
🕐 Time: 13:00 to 00:00
🎟️ Entry: Free
Five DJs and more than 10 hours of music
Music will run throughout the afternoon and evening, with five DJs taking turns behind the decks.
The programme starts at 13:00 with Deepak Daswani, followed by Juana La Cubana at 16:00.
Las Mellizas take over at 18:00, followed by Tana Sandoval at 20:00, before La Maldita closes the musical programme at 22:00.
That’s 11 hours of music, which should be enough time to find a spot, grab something to eat and settle into the summer evening.
Food trucks, vegan options and plenty of beer
Music isn’t the only attraction.
The festival will bring together a selection of food trucks and food stalls, offering different options throughout the day.
There will be a gluten-free stall, a dedicated sweet zone and vegan food options, alongside a wide selection of beers.
The idea is fairly simple. Come for the music, stay for the food and probably have a beer while you’re there.
The party continues with a coastal clean-up
The organisers are also taking the event beyond the festival itself.
On Sunday, 23 August, a new coastal clean-up will take place around El Puertito de Güímar under the slogan ‘Por un boncho limpio’, in collaboration with Cerveza Dorada.
The initiative aims to encourage people to enjoy the coastline while also helping to protect the natural environment around the Puertito.
So, one day for the boncho and the following day to help tidy up after it.
Fair enough.
