Blackworks Returns to Tenerife as 4,000 Fans Prepare for One of the Canary Islands’ Biggest Hard Techno Events

One of Spain’s leading hard techno festivals is heading back to Tenerife this summer, with Blackworks set to transform Magma Art & Congress Centre in Adeje into an immersive electronic music experience on Saturday 25th July.

The event, which marks Blackworks’ fourth visit to the island since 2024, is expected to attract around 4,000 music fans for eight hours of non-stop music, cutting-edge visuals and high-energy performances.

Organisers have already sold more than 60% of the available tickets, with general admission currently starting from €35 through the festival’s official website.

Eight Hours of Hard Techno

Running from 10:00pm until 6:00am, the indoor event will feature an international line-up of some of hard techno’s biggest names, including:

  • Luca Agnelli (Italy)
  • Parfait (France)
  • 999999999 (Italy)
  • SNTS (Spain)

The venue will be transformed with giant LED screens, state-of-the-art lighting and the festival’s signature red visual theme, creating the immersive atmosphere Blackworks has become known for across Europe.

A Festival That Reflects a New Generation

Since its launch in 2019 by Madrid DJ and entrepreneur Dani Novoa, better known as Dexphase, Blackworks has grown into one of Spain’s most recognisable electronic music brands.

Following the pandemic, the hard techno movement experienced explosive growth, particularly among Generation Z, with many young people embracing the genre’s intense rhythms and rave culture.

Characterised by tempos of around 155 to 160 beats per minute, hard techno has become more than just a style of music for many fans, offering a powerful outlet through energetic dance and immersive live events.

The movement has also developed its own distinctive identity, with many ravers embracing an all-black aesthetic, dark sunglasses and cyberpunk-inspired fashion.

One of Spain’s Fastest-Growing Festivals

Blackworks has rapidly established itself as one of Spain’s leading electronic music promoters.

Earlier this year, the brand attracted more than 40,000 people to a two-day festival at IFEMA Madrid, before embarking on a national tour with stops in Navarra, Mallorca, Valencia, and now Tenerife.

With demand already high, organisers expect another sell-out event when Blackworks returns to Adeje later this month.
