Club de Manri Brings Family Fun to Santa Cruz’s Parque Marítimo This Summer

Families visiting the Parque Marítimo César Manrique in Santa Cruz de Tenerife can enjoy a brand-new attraction this summer with the launch of the Club de Manri, a dedicated entertainment area designed especially for children.

The new family-friendly space offers a packed programme of activities, including inflatable water attractions, kayaking, water slides, creative workshops, dancing, themed games and daily surprises, making it an exciting addition to one of the city’s most popular leisure destinations.

A summer full of activities

The initiative was officially presented by Santa Cruz Mayor José Manuel Bermúdez, alongside Councillor Javier Rivero, District Councillor Zaida González and Club de Manri director Jackline Knopps.

A giant inflatable duck floating in the park’s pools provided a fun backdrop for the launch, highlighting the playful atmosphere the new attraction aims to create.

The Club de Manri has been developed to offer children an entertaining and educational summer experience while families enjoy the facilities of the iconic Parque Marítimo.

Record visitor numbers

Mayor Bermúdez said the Parque Marítimo has always been designed as a space for families and local residents, adding that the new programme reinforces that commitment by expanding the range of activities available for younger visitors.

He also revealed that the complex is enjoying one of its strongest years to date.

So far in 2026, almost 70,000 people have visited the Parque Marítimo, while June recorded the highest visitor numbers since the complex first opened, confirming its continued popularity with both residents and visitors.

The addition of Club de Manri is expected to make the Parque Marítimo an even more attractive destination for families looking to make the most of the summer holidays in Santa Cruz.
