The Municipal Folklore School will celebrate the end of the 2025-2026 academic year with a special showcase on Sunday, 21 June, at the Teatro Cine Municipal Fajardo.
Starting at 7:00pm, students will take to the stage to demonstrate the skills, dedication, and progress they have achieved throughout the year. The event will feature performances highlighting Canarian folklore, traditional music, and dance, guided by the school’s teaching team.
The annual closing ceremony offers families, friends, and the wider community an opportunity to enjoy local traditions while supporting the next generation of performers helping to preserve the island’s cultural heritage.
Admission is free until capacity is reached.
