- Reforestation projects
- Coastal clean-ups
- Controlling invasive species
- Protecting natural spaces
And one standout…
The rescue of 2,635 Cory’s shearwaters, with a 96% success rate.
That doesn’t happen by chance.
Businesses Getting Involved
Another shift… more companies stepping in.
Around 27 businesses joined in, with over 1,000 employees taking part in volunteer work.
Not just talk… actual participation.
The Bigger Picture
This isn’t just about ticking environmental boxes.
It’s a sign that more people on the island are starting to take responsibility for it.
Less “someone should fix this”… more “we’ll do something about it”.
